Aterian PLC - CLN Conversion

Aterian PLC has announced the early conversion and redemption of a portion of its Convertible Loan Notes, with £20,000 fully converted and satisfied through the issue of 80,000 new Ordinary Shares. The Conversion Shares will be admitted to trading on 11 June 2026, bringing the total number of Ordinary Shares to 19,500,000.

This move aligns with the Company's focus on critical minerals exploration and development in Africa, supporting sustainable supply chains for renewable energy, automotive, and electronic sectors. Aterian's portfolio includes copper-silver, base-metal, lithium, and salt brine projects in Morocco and Botswana, with ongoing evaluations in Rwanda.
