Aterian plc is pleased to share our Q1 2026 Rwanda Trading Update, showing significant growth in trading activities resulting in an unaudited gross profit of approximately US$306,000, a notable increase from Q4 2025. This success reflects our strategy to complement exploration with cash-generative trading, emphasizing responsibly sourced minerals.

We are encouraged by the increasing consistency of compliant supply and growing demand for responsible materials. Our trading business is proving to be a valuable component of Aterian's financial profile, reducing external funding reliance.

Looking ahead, we anticipate continued operational progress in 2026 as trading volumes increase and efficiencies improve. This performance aligns with our strategy and recent JV announcement with Wogen Resources. We will provide further updates on trading operations and strategic developments moving forward.
