Aterian PLC has entered into a Strategic Trading JV with Wogen Resources, a global metals trading group, which has commenced successfully and is already yielding positive results. The JV provides improved working capital models, same-day purchase liquidity, institutional-grade risk management, and a commitment to responsible sourcing standards.

This partnership not only enhances our market positioning but also accelerates our progress towards profitability.

The JV is fully funded, scalable, and traceable, allowing us to increase trading volumes, capture trading margins, and ensure compliance with international standards. With the current tantalum market witnessing historic highs in prices, Aterian stands to benefit significantly from this collaboration. Our goal is to cover operational expenses for the full year 2026 through trading net revenues.

This development not only strengthens our trading capabilities but also supports our broader exploration and development ambitions in the critical minerals sector, positioning Aterian as a key player in Africa's resource industry.
