Aterian PLC - Application for Admission of Shares

Aterian Plc has applied for the admission of 88,000 Fee Shares to the London Stock Exchange, expected on or around 10 March 2026. The Company's issued share capital will be 17,684,000 ordinary shares post the issuance of Fee Shares. Shareholders should use this total when calculating their interest in the Company.
