Aterian PLC - EIA Approval for Agdz Cu-Ag Project and Funding

Aterian PLC is pleased to announce the approval of the Environmental Impact Assessment for the Agdz Cu-Ag Project in Morocco. This regulatory milestone significantly de-risks the project and sets the stage for drilling and development activities. Past drilling has already confirmed promising mineralization across multiple prospects, showcasing the project's potential.

To fund project advancement, £100,000 has been raised from existing shareholders. This allows us to continue our work towards developing Agdz into a copper asset ready for production in a jurisdiction with strong infrastructure and mining history.
