Aterian plc is pleased to announce a significant partnership in Rwanda for the sale, marketing, and funding of our tantalum concentrates. This partnership, expected to start in February 2026, will provide a 50/50 profit and loss share on international sales, comprehensive working capital solutions, and immediate acceleration of trading capacity. This transformative agreement not only enhances our trading capability, liquidity profile, and ability to scale operations but also provides direct exposure to global pricing and margins.

The Board believes that this partnership will support sustainable growth, enhance shareholder value, and build a stronger foundation for the Company's future development. It resolves historical working capital constraints, changes the economics, pace, and scalability of our trading operations, and embeds Aterian within the global tantalum value chain. Importantly, all materials will continue to be responsibly sourced from Rwanda under recognized frameworks.
