Aterian PLC - New Prospecting Licence in Botswana

Aterian PLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of a new Prospecting License in Botswana within the Kalahari Copper Belt region. This newly awarded license, adjacent to Sandfire Resources, strengthens Aterian's copper portfolio. The strategic location and historical copper-in-soil anomalies suggest significant potential for mineralization.

With this addition, Aterian now holds a total of 11 PLs covering 2,694.58 km2 in the KCB. The company plans to integrate the new PL into the Lithosquare JV for accelerated exploration and development. This move aligns with Aterian's strategy to capitalize on the growing demand for critical metals in a sustainable manner.
