Aterian PLC - Issue of Equity

Aterian Plc has recently issued 150,200 New Ordinary Shares at a par value of 10p to advisers and suppliers in lieu of fees. These shares will rank equally with existing ordinary shares upon admission to the London Stock Exchange expected by November 26.
