Aterian PLC - Issue of Equity

Aterian PLC has announced the issue of 231,256 new ordinary shares to warrant holders at a price of 32.5 pence per share. These shares will rank equally with existing shares and are expected to be admitted for trading on the London Stock Exchange by November 21, 2025.

Following this issuance, the Company's total issued share capital will be 15,933,800 Ordinary Shares, which represents the total voting rights. Shareholders should use this figure when determining their notification obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance & Transparency Rules.
