Aterian PLC - Share Capital Increase

Aterian PLC has increased its share capital by issuing 226,500 New Ordinary Shares at a par value of 10p. These shares are given to advisors and suppliers in place of cash compensation and are meant to incentivize long-term performance. The new shares will rank equally with existing shares and are expected to be admitted to the London Stock Exchange by 12 November. This issuance brings the total issued share capital to 15,028,544 Ordinary Shares, which represents the total voting rights in the Company.
