Aterian PLC - Equity Capital Financing

Aterian PLC is pleased to announce the successful securing of GBP 455,000 in equity capital through the issue of 1.4 million new ordinary shares to support its mineral trading operations in Rwanda. Additionally, shares have been issued to an Employee Benefit Trust and a creditor. The New Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to the London Stock Exchange on or around 23 October 2025.

The funds raised will be used to expand the minerals trading platform, progress exploration programs in Morocco and Botswana, and support working capital. Aterian remains committed to responsible sourcing and international ESG standards.
