Aterian PLC has successfully completed a private placement of equity and warrants, as well as issued shares to the Employee Benefit Trust. The Placing Price of 70 pence per share represents a 29.9% premium, with investors receiving 50% warrant coverage. The net proceeds will be used to strengthen the working capital position.

The New Ordinary Shares will be admitted to the London Stock Exchange and will rank pari passu with existing shares. The total voting rights will be 12,598,044 shares.

CEO Simon Rollason expressed gratitude for senior management's support and commitment to raising funds at or above the Placing Price. The company aims to use profits from trading operations to fund operating overheads in the future.
