Aterian Plc has announced a variation to the terms of certain warrants and an issue of new shares. The exercise price for warrants has been lowered to 50 pence with an expiration date of 14 November 2024. Holders had the option to accept these terms or remain on the original terms. As a result, 270,834 new shares were issued at 50 pence per share, along with additional shares issued to suppliers in lieu of fees. The proceeds will be used for corporate and financial expenses. The new shares are expected to be admitted to the London Stock Exchange on or around 14 November 2024, bringing the total issued shares to 12,037,044.
