Aterian PLC - Rwanda Musasa Licence and Mineral Trading

Aterian Plc has provided an operational update on activities in Rwanda. The Musasa Exploration Licence has been granted for a four-year period, covering 350 hectares in the Rutsiro District. Kuaka Cooperative has agreed to transfer its 15% shareholding to a subsidiary of Aterian in exchange for assets. Eastinco, Aterian's subsidiary with a mineral trading license, has suspended operations due to slow rollout of a new online platform. This has limited trading activities, leading to the suspension until market conditions improve. Aterian remains committed to working with the Rwanda Mines, Petroleum and Gas Board to resolve the situation.
