Aterian PLC - Operational Update: Botswana

Aterian PLC provides an operational update on its copper and lithium exploration activities in Botswana. The company holds ten strategically located licences covering 4,486.11 km2 for copper-silver and lithium brine projects. Initial target generation has been completed, with three licences prioritized for fieldwork in the highly prospective Kalahari Copper Belt. The company is also evaluating the lithium brine licences in the Makgadikgadi Region.

Geophysical data acquisition and interpretation, along with remote sensing analysis, have been conducted to further exploration efforts. Future work includes detailed ground magnetics, soil sampling, and gravimetric surveys to identify potential mineralization. The Kalahari Copper Belt is recognized as a promising area for sediment-hosted copper deposits, with notable successes in recent exploration efforts.
