Aterian PLC - Interim Results for six months ended 30 June 2023

Aterian PLC, a critical and strategic metal-focused exploration and development company, released its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2023. The company incurred a loss of £636,000 due to administrative costs, operational expenses, and mineral exploration in Rwanda and Morocco. In Morocco, additional licenses were granted, expanding the project portfolio to 17 projects covering 897 km2. Projects in Morocco, such as Agdz, Tata, Azrar, Jebilet Est, and Jafra, showed promising results with significant mineral findings. In Rwanda, the HCK Project advanced with Rio Tinto's joint venture agreement to explore lithium opportunities. Additional fundraising of £1,000,000 in August 2023 was used for operational purposes.
