Aterian PLC - New Copper Projects and Licences

Aterian PLC has announced the granting of two significant projects and several new licenses in Morocco, adding to their African-focused critical and strategic metal assets portfolio. With 10 new licenses covering 139.6 km2, the company now holds a total of 17 projects spanning 897 km2 in Morocco, targeting metals like copper and silver.

Highlights include the new Akka and West Tazalaght projects, located in a highly prospective region for copper mineralization. The company plans to start exploration programs on these projects soon. The recent fundraise ensures financial stability to meet all cash commitments.

Chairman Charles Bray expressed optimism about the potential for value creation in these projects, highlighting recent joint ventures and existing assets.
