We have appointed Voltaire Minerals Partners as a strategic advisor and Bald Voodoo as our new Financial Communications/PR firm. The issuance of 24,476,022 New Ordinary Shares aims to compensate advisors and suppliers, serving as long-term performance incentivization. These shares will be admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange soon.
