Aterian PLC - Exploration, Trading and ESG in Rwanda

Aterian PLC has released an operational update for its projects in Rwanda, highlighting the identification of 22 mineralized pegmatite zones and the recruitment of Mr. Godfrey Kamanzi to lead the metal trading business. Partnership discussions are underway with artisanal mining parties to improve productivity. The Company is committed to ethical supply chain management, demonstrated through its membership in the ITSCI Programme.

Progress at the HCK project includes a geophysical survey and scout drilling planned for Q2 2023 to explore tantalum, niobium, tin, tungsten, and lithium targets. The Company is also developing a metal trading business in Rwanda and has engaged with 1Villager for stakeholder engagement and compliance with sustainable supply chain standards.
