Aterian PLC - Price Monitoring Extension

We would like to inform you that the auction call period for our security has been extended by 5 minutes. This extension provides London Stock Exchange electronic order book users with an additional opportunity to review prices and orders before execution.

A price monitoring extension is triggered when the matching process would result in an execution price above or below a predetermined percentage of the most recent automated execution. The specific percentage is determined by the security's Millennium Exchange sector, as outlined in the Sector Breakdown tab of the Parameters document on the London Stock Exchange website.
