Aterian PLC - Operational Update: Azrar Project

We are excited to share with you the recent operational update from Aterian Plc. Our exploration and development efforts at the Azrar Project in Morocco have resulted in the discovery of high-grade copper and silver. Initial sampling has revealed promising results, including 3.79% Cu and 23 g/t Ag in a fault breccia sample, demonstrating the mineralization potential across the Project.

Furthermore, our acquisition of Aterian Resources Limited has expanded our portfolio to include 15 copper-silver and base metal projects in Morocco, totaling 762 km2. This strategic move aligns with our goal of developing critical and strategic metal assets in Africa.

We look forward to further exploration and evaluation at the Azrar Project, with plans to establish an extensive drill program in the future.
