FUTURE ACQUISITIONS

Aterian Plc is continually evaluating the possibility of future acquisitions either in the form of greenfield and late-stage exploration licences, asset acquisitions and partnerships. The Company is presently focused on Rwanda and Morocco, as these countries offers stable and strong business investment environments but we will search across the African continent, and beyond, for critical and strategic metal resource assets to strengthen our asset base.
