Eastinco Mining announces that, further to the announcement of 30 October 2020, there has been a change of appointments.

 

Simon Rollason has been appointed as a director of the Company and Michael Staten has stepped down as director of the Company with immediate effect

 

Charles Bray, Chairman of Eastinco Mining stated “We are pleased to have our CEO, Simon Rollason, join the board of directors. His invaluable experience in the mining sector and Africa along with his background as a geologist will add a valuable perspective to our board. We look forward to his advice and perspective.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Michael Staten for his service and state how much we have valued Mike’s dedication and contributions. I have greatly enjoyed working with him and I know that experience has been shared by all of our colleagues.”
