Change of Name
Equatorial Mining and Exploration plc (EM.P) announces that further to the passing of a special resolution at its annual general meeting held on 15 November 2019, the Company has now received the change of name certificate from Companies House and accordingly the Company has changed its name to Eastinco Mining and Exploration Plc.
The Company’s website address remains http://www.equatorialmining.com although its new website is expected to go live shortly; a further announcement will be made at that time.
